of an actual test on a bunker surveyor. The case arose because of disagreement with the figures contained in the measurement report.

for your bunker survey on vessel ABC (not the real name) on dd/mm/yyyy?" Question Q5 is "Were you offered a bribe for the bunker
survey on vessel ABC on dd/mm/yyyy? Question Q8 is "Did you receive a bribe for the bunker survey on vessel ABC on dd/mm/yyyy?
The answer was 'no'. The rest of the questions shown are technical questions. Deception was indicated on all the 3 crucial questions. A follow-up test was conducted to find out the
